Need an extra boost of energy on Summery mornings? You’ve got to make my citrus blast blend of essential oils for your diffuser!! It’s like having all your favorite citrus in one awesome blend.
I actually combined this blend during the Spring when I needed to boost our mornings. The kids would do school and I’d have the diffuser going beside them with different blends (different blends depending on the morning). Then I’d sit beside them while I sipped on coffee and create a to-do list or something of that nature. It was relaxing and at the same time invigorating and one of my favorite ways to begin the mornings on school days.
So I thought it would be fitting to share this blend with you so you too can feel the awesome-ness of it. It will not only boost your energy but it will also help your mood and clarity of mind. It’s like you just can’t stop walking by and sniffing that citrus cent!
Citrus Blast for Your Diffuser
You will need:
- An Essential Oil diffuser (Mine holds about 2 cups water)
- 3 drops Grapefruit essential oil
- 2 drops Lemon essential oil
- 2 drops Orange essential oil
- 1 drop Lime essential oil
Instructions:
- Fill your diffuser with water.
- Add oils, then stir a little to mix.
- Diffuse as needed.
Note: I mainly use this blend downstairs during the day-time. The diffuser I use holds about 2 cups of water. If your diffuser holds 1 cup of water or less, use half the drops of each oil (2 grapefruit, 1 of everything else). Typically, this blend would last for a couple days in the diffuser, depending on how long I let it diffuse each time I turn it on. Always check the recommended use for diffusing oils on their labels and adjust the diffusing time accordingly.
