They’re his perfect solution for days when he needs to get to work and meetings ASAP and we don’t want to take the time to prepare anything that takes long. As a mom of three very active kids, with two in school, bagels are on our weekly breakfast menu. I also have added it to our snack list!
Why We Love Thomas’® Bagels
What is it about Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels that we enjoy so much? They are easy to prepare without a hassle. You can find a size or flavor for any occasion.
We also love that they are crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Not to mention, Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels are super fun for little hands to hold and enjoy! We were happy to find them in-store at our local Walmart. We also picked up a bag of Thomas’® Cinnamon Raisin Bagels. My husband and I are such fans of the cinnamon-raisin combo in these bagels – such a great flavor for fall, too.

Fun Fall Snacks for Kids with Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels
Our girls have been snacking on these Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels since we bought them. We’ve also used them for breakfast! Since we all love them so much, I thought it would be ideal to add them to our snack list and create a fun after-school fall snack with them. Let me show you how you too can use these versatile bagels to create a fun fall snack for your kids or for any family member! You’ll need to grab a few bags of Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels to make these. Be sure to choose your favorite flavor then get to creating!
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Snack Bagels
Ingredients:
- Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels
- 1/2 Cup Low Fat Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Optional: Diced apples, fall colored sprinkles, or extra cinnamon
Directions:
- Using a hand blender or spoon, mix cream cheese until softened.
- Stir in honey and cinnamon.
- Blend until all the ingredients are mixed.
To create snack
- Simply spread the Cinnamon Cream Cheese mix on each half of the lightly toasted Thomas’® Plain Mini Bagels.
- You can also top each half of the Bagels with fall colored sprinkles or chopped up apples along with a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
Note: I served this as an after-school snack to our kids, but it will make a quick yet delicious breakfast during those busy fall mornings!
