These Apple Scones make a tasty Fall morning breakfast!
A cozy Fall morning calls for apple scones. The smell of autumn and the taste of these scones will make you want to eat a few of these in one go! I used a pack of Apple Scones mix that I picked up from Ross (I have not made scones in years & it’s my first time using pre-packaged scones – but the packaging looked pretty). All I needed to add was water, very easy. I also added chopped apples + cranberries to half the batch to make them a little extra festive. While stores like Ross, Home Goods, Marshalls, TJ Maxx aren’t grocery stores, I love their little packaged food, snacks, mixes, Honey, Oil spices, & condiment section. I think they are so unique and most I’ve seen are a healthier version of the regular.
To make these scones:
- 1 Pack of Scone Mix
- Recommended ingredients on the back of the packaging
- Add-ins (I added chopped apples & dried cranberries
Directions:
- Follow mixing directions on packaging.
- Add your add-ins.
- Bake according to package directions.
- Enjoy.
If you drink coffee or apple cider, you might want to consider brewing a cup to go along with these sconces. Adding a little Apple Butter on these warm sones is a great way to add some extra tastiness to your plate.
