That explains it🙂 Kids & teachers alike. That’s my son’s teacher here. She’s such an energetic person and great teacher. She also got Rookie teacher of the year last year for the school and district🙂
Chaperoned my son’s class Field Trips to a Hockey game on Wednesday. I think the kids had a blast (swipe). There were four 3rd Grade classes from his school along with three second grade classes. My 6th Grader’s school was also there along with several other Elementary & Middle schools. Approximately it was Education day so lots of schools arranged to go on Field Trips. My 8th Grader’s school also went on a field trip to a Museum. Our family went to one Hockey Game about 2 years ago and our then 10 yr old daughter had a hard time watching these Hockey players fight. So we never went back. I was not too interested in going back either. However, she wanted to go with her school and friends this time and things were better. She enjoyed it this time but I didn’t get to sit with her since the 6th Glasses were in their own section & had their own chaperones. There were still fights (like video 3) & I think the players tried to not for all the kids sake, but someone said that’s part of how they play🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ My fist field trip chaperoning because I usually skip them depending on the drive and this was a tad out of my reach because we’d only been to that stadium 2x time with my husband driving at nights. But it’s a familiar area that we shop at and not far (usually my husband drives when we head there). But I did it, even on a very rainy day with my Google Maps (GPS) direction stopping and not working to drive back! Such a fun field trip. The kids made it all the fun!
What a way to sing Happy Birthday! I guess they waited long enough! So glad we got to do the party!🎊🎈🎉 Friends, classmates, their supportive parents plus Adrenaline Monkey indoor play all made it happen! This is our 3rd recent party hosted. We usually do parties at home ourselves or have someone come help us host. We weren’t planning large parties for recent birthdays, just a couple friends for each to hang out with. Yet our attempts turned into something else plus my son with double digits this time, so big all the way! I think they all had fun!
We were finally able to do our son’s birthday party schedule 2 weeks after his actual birthday. Everything was put on hold because of the accident. So thankful we did it this past weekend. The kids seemed to have a blast! @adrenalinemonkeychs
