Homemade Blueberry Bread

Thanks for Sharing!

Homemade Blueberry Bread is a delicious and a great way to cook seasonally. Although, I feel like blueberries have been year round here where we are. In the winter, it’s literally all I have bought this winter along with Strawberries.

Make this Delicious Blueberry Bread

2 Cups Flour (I used Pillsbury All-Purpose)

3/4 Cup White Sugar

1/2 Cup Melted Butter

1/2 Cup Milk

2 Eggs, beaten

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (1/2 a bag)

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or line a 9×5 inch bread pan. Set aside. Mix flour & baking powder, set aside. Blend with a mixer, eggs, butter, sugar. Pour in 1/2 dry ingredients into wet. Mix in milk. Add the rest of the flour mixture. Gently fold in blueberries. You do not want to keep mix the blueberries in to change the color, unless you want that color. But to get the color in the photo, just gently mix in the berries.

Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in bread comes out clean with no un-cooked batter.

Let cool in pan about 20 mins. Remove to a cooking rack to finish cooling. Cut and serve.
