Pumpkin Bread Recipe
This Pumpkin bread is so moist and I love the thickness and color of it! It came out perfect! Well, perfect for my Pumpkin breads, that is:) While my little family doesn’t make a fuss about Pumpkin flavored stuff, it’s like Fall and Pumpkin bread go hand-in-hand so I had to make one. LOL!
I was surprised that two of the kids actually ate the bread and enjoyed. My 14 year old in particular, who has zero interest in Pumpkin Flavored stuff wanted seconds of this bread. My son, 10, enjoys some pumpkin flavored stuff such as muffins and pies so I thought he might want to try it. He sure enjoyed it.
Pumpkin Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups All-Purpose flour
- 3/4 Cups Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 can pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie puree)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease one 9 x 5 bread pan(or two smaller ones) and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together. Stir dry ingredients into wet until combined. Pour mixture into greased bread pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan to a cooling rack and allow to cool enough before cutting. Cutting the bread too warm may cause it to crumble. Once cooled enough to cut, enjoy a slice or two. It’s delicious!
