A trip to a Waterpark could be a fun activity for families during the summer time. Waterparks were places we went to as family when the kids were much younger, and they still love going. However, the waterpark was a place I absolutely did not want to go to when we first moved to Charleston.
Why? I was already frustrated about having to move and I absolutely was not trying to find things to enjoy or to get used to. So when my husband suggested going to the waterpark for that first time when we moved, I went. However, when we got there I was so bummed with the heat and hot sun and did not want to be there. Meanwhile, everyone else seemed to be having a blast going on waterslides and having fun.
Well, OK, so maybe I was not totally, altogether frustrated because I took photos and videos of the kids and such, you know. I mean, it was a nice waterpark but I guess I was already sad about moving, that I didn’t want the kids to get used to this waterpark. However, overtime, I started to enjoy the lazy river though and it is actually kind of relaxing for me.
