Fall is a great time to round up some of your pretty colorful snacks to make a Fall Snack Try Charcuterie Board for Kids. This post may contain affiliate links for your convenience.
Our kids enjoy snack boards. During different seasons, you can find me making one or two for them to enjoy. It’s such a fun way to eat since they could pick from a variety of fun foods that they enjoy. It’s even more fun when we spread a blanket on the floor so they can sit and enjoy.
Snack Tray – Charcuterie Board for Kids
The thing about a Seasonal Snack Tray is that you can fill the tray with anything seasonal. There’s no right or wrong way or no particular food you have to include. Simply choose your kids favorite seasonal foods or things you think they might like. You can add a few new finds too to see if they will try it. But have quite a few of what they’ll already eat on the tray.
Also, I don’t know if this actually balances things out, but I like to add some colorful fruits that match the season. So for Fall, fruits that are yellow, orange, red, brown, and possibly green.
Here’s a version of a Fall snack track I made for them this year
What I used to make a Fall Snack Tray for the Kids
Regular:
- Doritos
- Popcorn
- Marshmallows
Seasonal:
- Candy Corn
- Maple Leaf Cookies (only one kid will eat these)
- Cookies (This was new – I figured they might not eat it but it looked pretty on the tray)
Fruit:
- Cantaloupe Slices
- Cuties
If you already have fruit on hand, see how you can incorporate it into the tray instead of buying new. But it depends on the type and color of the fruit though, if you want to keep the theme seasonally colorful.
