I make this banana bread every so often and it has become such a hit with my husband and two of the kids (our kids don’t eat banana bread). It’s flavorful and so very tasty.
Banana Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Cooking Oil
- 1/2 Cup Cane Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
Directions:
- Using a mixer, blend bananas in a bowl. Add in oil, eggs, and sugar. Set aside.
- Mix flour and other dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour flour mixture into the blended banana mixture.
- Pour into baking pans.
- Bake larger bread about 40-45 mins and smaller ones about 30-35 mins.
- Remove from oven. Cool in pan 10-15 mins before removing to finish cooling on a wire rack.
