This year, the kids are back in school like last year. Our years of homeschooling was definitely amazing although, not always easy. But since we’ve decided to branch out, I’ve seen the kids meet new people and make new friends. I too have met new parents and made new friends as we do school related things together.
This school year we’re in grades 2nd, 5th, and 7th. I remember when my kids were much smaller, 7th Grade seemed so far away and I kinda didn’t want the time to come fast. It just sounded big. But here we are and it’s beautiful. We’ll just embrace the stage we’re in because every new stage is something to savor and learn something new.
I didn’t get around to the Chalkboard photos we (I) love to do yearly. But I snapped a quick photo on their first day of school all together. Thankfully, it was bright enough to do so.
