WELCOME FRIEND!
So glad you stopped by to learn a little about the girl and her family behind this blog! Hope you are ready for a very picturesque tour.
My name is Zan – a Caribbean girl who has made her home in the U.S. It’s not like I had a choice; I married an American guy, following him was not an option. It is amazing how two people from two different continents could meet and form a life together. Wont’ you agree? Our story is one of interest. We often tell it over dinners when we meet with friends. We usually get responses like, “Awww . . . that is so nice” or “That is amazing, or “Wow, that’s neat”, etc. He tells it best so I will leave it alone:)
Meet our three Winter blessings!
Our first little cutie showed up in November of 2010. My guess is that she wanted some of that left over turkey and sweet potatoes! Here she is on her first birthday photo shoot!
Our second cutie, decided to arrive almost 3 weeks early. She couldn’t miss showing up just three days before Christmas in 2012.
And our little Mr. Handsome came at the end of December in 2014 because he wanted to make his appearance before the new year hit in 2015.
But seriously, how cute are they? Each one brings something so special to our family. I love that they all have different personalities and express themselves in different ways.
By profession, I am a teacher with an M. A. and state license in Teaching Elementary Education. While I love teaching, I am first a wife, mom, and a homemaker. Therefore, I am choosing to stay at home to create and nurture. Many times, the days are hard and the nights are long, but nothing compares to the blessings of creating a home and caring for little ones.
