This Candy Corn Fudge is one of the easiest recipes you can make this Fall, only 3 ingredients and 5 or less minutes.
Using Candy Corn
I had a bag of Candy Corn in the pantry from last Fall and thought I could make something to share with you earlier in the Fall. Well, I made the fudge but just sharing it now. It’s still September though, so I think I’m good. I wasn’t quite sure what I would make out of it since all we’ve ever done with Candy Corn is probably just eat them and I think at a point back used them to decorate in clear vases. Hmmmm, here’s great idea to bring into the kitchen counter tops! Anyways, I thought I would make a Fall Fudge using my signature Fudge ingredients and adding Candy Corn. Signature Fudge? Yep! Check out my other Fall Fudge ideas here and here. And while you’re at it, I’ve got a Christmas Fudge and a Winter and a Valentine🙂 But let’s get to this recipe in focus, shall we?
Candy Corn Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 can Condensed Milk
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 Bag of Original Candy Corn
Directions:
- Line a square baking pan with parchment paper; set it aside.
- Place a large skillet over low heat. Spray it with cooking spray to coat.
- Pour in the chocolate chips, then the milk.
- Stir continually until the chocolate chips have melted.
- Remove from heat. Stir in M&Ms (or this can be a topping).
- Pour & spread fudge into the prepared lined baking pan.
- Top with M&Ms if you haven’t added them yet, then sprinkles.
- Let fudge cool and harden in the refrigerator.
- Once hard enough, cut into squares and enjoy.
Note: Be sure to use more chocolate chips than milk in this recipe. If you use a bag of chips, use only 1/2 can of milk. If you use 1:1 ratio, the fudge will be too soft. Definitely still edible but just a little too soft.
