These Easter Pretzel Rods are a colorful, salty-sweet treat that’s easy to make and can be a tasty Easter treat.

I know, I’m sharing these after Easter but I made them before Easter and didn’t get a chance to share them. But I didn’t imagine these would be as addicting as they were when I made them. My 13 yr old girl tried it and said, “hmm”, like these are really good. And then I tasted one, and could not stop eating. They are very good. I think these would make a fun treat Easter.

Chocolate Covered Easter Pretzels

 

Ingredients:

  • White Candy Melts
  • Pastel Food Coloring
  • Cooking Oil
  • Easter Color Sprinkles
  • Prepare a baking pan by lining with Parchment paper. Set aside.

Directions:

  • Pour 1/2 Cup Candy Melts each little dish.
  • Add 1 tsp of Oil to one dish.
  • Melt according to package directions. Stir.
  • Dip a pretzel rod in melted chocolate.
  • Place the pretzel on the prepared pan.
  • Optional: Sprinkle chocolate covered pretzel rod with sprinkles.
  • Repeat the first step with the rest of the Candy melts in smaller bowls, doing one by one.
  • Add food coloring after melting and extra oil if needed to make it more dizzily.
  • Dip rods in melted chocolate and place on pan.
  • Add sprinkles.
  • Let the rods dry.
  • Enjoy.
