My kids love marshmallows and I love having it on hand for planned as well as spontaneous recipes or for kids snacking. Yes, my kids love having an occasional marshmallow treat.
I’ve always wanted to try a homemade version. This year, I decided to get to it! But what’s a girl to do who has never made a marshmallow with such a recipe? Look up ideas of course. I looked up various versions of how these were made and came up with a version that taste like a cloud. Ha, kidding. But you get the idea right? We tried this recipe from King Arthur Baking and was surprised to have actually made Marshmallows.
