This Peach Pop Tart is easy to make and could be a good addition to your Fall Breakfast Menu if your family loves Pop Tarts or Sweet Tarts.
Easy Homemade Pop Tart
My kids aren’t Pop Tart fans. One of my children tried it for a while and hasn’t asked for it so I don’t know if he still loves it. In fact, my husband is the only one who would eat Pop Tarts in our house on a consistent basis. But that is a recipe I’ve wanted to try for a while now.
What are the First 5 Ingredients in Pop Tarts
That my friends, is a question I cannot answer since I picked two ingredients, Dough and Filling. However, that added up to more once I made the drizzle. Now that I think about it, that added up to my 5 ingredients in these Pop Tarts.
Pop Tart Dough
I wanted an easy recipe with minimal ingredients & a less-hassle dough. Therefore, I chose to use a can of Crescent Rolls. I’m not a Pop Tart (or Sweet Tart) recipe expert by any means. But I suppose other canned refrigerated dough could be used such as Biscuit dough, pizza dough, and Puff Pastry. Keep in mind that these mentioned dough will each have a different texture, consistency and taste about them. Some adjustments may have to be incorporated if any is used. If you want to make Pop Tart with Puff Pastry dough, it will turn out flaky instead of smooth.
What is Pop Tart Filling Made Of?
Jam is what I used to make to fill these Pop Tarts. I used peach, but I’m going to assume that any favorite jam could work! Here are some ideas – Strawberry (yes!), blueberry, Raspberry (all of the berries).
