I know Brownies taste good on their own without any added ingredients or embellishments but these Pumpkin Cookies added an additional something that made them so delicious!
The first time I made these, my husband came over and ask if he could have one, and then the kids to follow when they got home from school.
It amazed me that they were asking for it. I felt great! Not because they were asking but because I wasn’t sure they’d be that interested to want them that quickly!
These Pumpkin Cookie Brownies are soft & delicious and the cookies didn’t make them over sweet at all. They made a beautiful addition to our Fall recipes and I think your family might enjoy them too.
Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake Pumpkin Cookies

Pumpkin Cookie Brownie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Brownie Mix
- 1 PK Pillsbury Ready to Bake Pumpkin Cookies
Directions:
- Heat oven and prepare brownies according to the directions on the package.
- Pour mixture into baking pan.
- Top with Pillsbury cookies.
- Bake according to timing on the box.
- Remove from oven.
- Let cool before cutting and serving or scoop out warm. Serve with Vanilla Ice-Cream if desired.
