Pumpkin Pancakes make a delicious Fall breakfast, especially on a cozy, chilly morning with no place else to be.
The combination of Fall flavors & spices in these pancakes create a wonderful taste that always has me eating seconds. I don’t make these pancakes often during the Fall season, but it tastes so good whenever I do.
Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-1/4 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- 1 TBSP Butter Melted
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Syrup and whipped cream for serving.
Directions:
- Mix together flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Mix together liquid ingredients. Add sugar and mix. Pour dry ingredients into wet. Combine.
- Spray pancake griddle or skillet and cook pancakes as usual.
- Serve.
