The combination of Fall flavors & spices in these pancakes create a wonderful taste that always has me eating seconds. I don’t make these pancakes often during the Fall season, but it tastes so good whenever I do.

Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TBSP Butter Melted
  • 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Syrup and whipped cream for serving.

Directions:

  • Mix together flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Mix together liquid ingredients. Add sugar and mix. Pour dry ingredients into wet. Combine.
  • Spray pancake griddle or skillet and cook pancakes as usual.
  • Serve.
