S’mores Skillet Cookies
We are a S’more-loving marshmallow roasting family! One of my kids favorite things to do is to roast marshmallows by the fire, fire pit or fire place.
When I saw these Viral S’mores Dip going around, I knew I wanted to try one. That was a while ago though but they seem to be more popular during the summertime, around July 4th.
The idea to add cookies sparked my interest when I saw Aurelie Erikson’s version. Although, my recipe includes more ingredients than she used. I customized mine but added cookies as an extra

How to Make S’mores Skillet Cookies
- 1 Pack Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 1 Pack Marshmallows (medium sized)
- About 8 Graham crackers
- About 4 Hershey Chocolate Bars
- A skillet, cast iron pot, or baking dish (As I typed “a skillet”, I just realized I forgot to use ‘said’ skillet as in the title, hahaha). Oh boy! A baking dish it was!
Directions:
- Add 1/2 the cookies to baking dish
- Add a layer of
- Add a layer of
- Add a layer of broken pieces of Graham Crackers
- Repeat layers
- Bake for 1-15 minutes until the cookies are cooked and marshmallows are brown. Note: Marshmallows brown pretty quickly so you may need to monitor.
- Serve in individual plates to eat with a fork or spoon or to eat as a dip with Graham crackers. You can just leave it in the baking dish to eat as s dip with Graham crackers.
