Make a tasty yet not so sugar-overload Snack Tray for your kids and family to enjoy for Valentine’s Day.
Valentine’s Day Charcuterie Snack Board
Charcuterie boards are so fun to make and to eat. Although, I like to think of my spread more of a snack tray since Charcuterie boards include a lot more, with meats and delicacies.
For this snack board, I wanted to balance things off and not use too much sweet. I find that the times I’ve done just a sweet board (say for like Christmas), the sweet seemed to be too much. It’s OK if you have a large crowd or family that will enjoy it. Snack boards are fun but too much sweet made me a bit negged out after a while, ya know.
So I mixed sweet and savory but still with a touch of Valentine’s for this tray. I included a mix of half sweet and half savory:
- Strawberries
- Red Grapes
- Popcorn
- Cookies
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Pieces (threw this in at the last minute – felt like the tray was missing something)
Easy, not too sweet and looks so festive. We really enjoyed this snack mix, mainly the kids and I since hubby was at work at the time I made this to show you. The kids had a blast eating all the things!
