Halloween Pudding Cups with Oreo Cookies
No matter what you call these treats – Halloween Pudding Cups, Mud Treats, Halloween Dirt Treats in a Cup, Graveyard Pudding Cups. . . . they are so good! If your kids love pudding + Oreos they most-definitely will enjoy these pudding cups! The Oreos and pudding together go so well. The added toppings add a fun little crunch to pudding and Oreos. My kids aren’t pudding fans so I ended up eating one or two of these and had to contain myself. So, so good. And guyyyyyys, my second Halloween Recipe – can you believe it! Go check out the Mummy Cookies which was my first to share here!!
Make the Best Halloween Pudding-Cookie Cups
To get the best tasting Halloween Pudding Cups, you’ll want to choose a great tasting pudding. I chose Dove chocolate brand, because you can’t go wrong with that Classic Dove taste. You can even use a different pudding than chocolate, such as Orange pudding, green, purple color, or something Halloween colored related. I just came across this idea here while I’m typing up mine to share. For the cookies, I used Oreos (the original and some Halloween Specials), because how can you not? I suppose you can use a similar brand but be sure it’s a good tasting brand and has that dark dirt color. Brownies would be a good choice too. It’s what I was first going to use and then remembered I had bought Oreos. I felt that it would be way faster than having to make the brownies, then wait.
You can use a variety of topping to get the look you are going for. I’ve seen something as simple as just pudding and crushed cookies, or a few gummy worms added in or a Cookie added in. See a bunch of ideas here.
