These Oven Roasted Potatoes are delicious and great for dinner time, especially if you’re looking for something easy for like a Spring or Summer meal.

How to Make These Delicious Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 Red Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • Wash and slice potatoes into halves, then each half into about 3-4 slices. Place into a large bowl, rinse.
  • Add in 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Italian Seasoning. Pour in Olive oil.
  • Mix together with a spoon or clean hands.
  • Pour out on prepared lined baking sheet and spread out.
  • Bake 40 mins. Remove from oven and turn over. Bake an additional 10 mins.
  • Remove from oven. Serve when ready.

If you’re taking this to a party, you can scoop out the potatoes unto a serving dish and add to the presentation by adding a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garnishing with fresh Parsley.
