Oven Roasted Potatoes

These baked potatoes are delicious and great for dinner time, especially if you’re looking for something easy for like a Spring or Summer meal. Anytime is fine, though. There’s no seasonal rule as to when to eat Roasted Potatoes.

How to Make These Delicious Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

6-7 Red Potatoes

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Italian Seasoning

Salt

Black Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

Wash and slice potatoes into halves, then each half into about 3-4 slices. Place into a large bowl, rinse.

Add in 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp Italian Seasoning. Pour in Olive oil.

Mix together with a spoon or clean hands.

Pour out on prepared lined baking sheet and spread out.

Bake 40 mins. Remove from oven and turn over. Bake an additional 10 mins.

Remove from oven. Serve when ready.

If you’re taking this to a party, you can scoop out the potatoes unto a serving dish and add to the presentation by adding a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garnishing with fresh Parsley.
