Here’s a funny little secret for you. On the back of the brownie box, there’s a photo of photo of M & M Brownies, made the very same way I do mine. I mean, I’ve made boxed brownies over and over and maybe have even seen that photo, but it just never noticed it to sink in until recently. It’s an easy fun way to add festive-ness to any brownie for any holiday, season, birthday party, or other occasion. Simply use colors to match the theme.
Ingredients:
- 1 Box Brownie Mix plus the recommended ingredients on the back
- 1 Pk M&Ms, Holiday Colors
Directions:
- Heat oven and prepare brownies according to the directions on the package.
- Mix in 1 Cup M&Ms.
- Pour into a Christmas-Shaped pan instead. Grab one here on Amazon (affiliate link).
- Bake according to boxed timing. Remove from oven.
- Immediately add some more M&Ms, about 1-2 Tablespoons. Press them down a little to get them to stay.
- Let cool before cutting and serving or scoop out warm. Serve with Vanilla Ice-Cream if desired.
