Red, White and Blue Pizza Cookie

Make this simple cookie pizza to take to your next Summer BBQ event. It’s eye catching and so very simple to make. This post contains affiliate links for your convenience.

Ingredients:

• I used a 16” Pizza Pan but you can use a smaller one or a cookie sheet.
• 2 Frozen Pks of Sugar cookie dough
• Cream Cheese frosting
• Chopped Strawberries and Blueberries

Directions:

Heat oven to 350°.

Remove cookie dough from the packages. Press together to form one dough. Roll dough a bit to get it to stretch then place on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Press to spread out. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove from oven to cool in pan.
Make frosting while cookie cools. Frost cookie. Add chopped fruits. Slice and serve.
